Liability of Owner: The Owner shall not in any way or under any
circumstances be held liable or responsible to any person or
persons for any loss or damage from any excess or deficiency in
the pressure, volume, or supply of water due to any cause
whatsoever. The Owner will undertake to use reasonable care and
diligence in order to prevent and avoid interruptions and
fluctuations in the service, but it can not and does not
guarantee that such will not occur.
The Owner shall not be held responsible for any claim made
against it by reason of the breaking of any mains or service
pipes, or by reason of any interruption of the supply of water
caused by the breaking of machinery or stoppage for necessary
repairs, and no persons shall be entitled to damages nor have any
portion of a payment refunded for any interruption of
service.
