The Customer's responsibility includes all service lines, connections, and fixtures from the meter pit. All repairs and maintenance necessary shall be done by the customer at his own expense.
PWSD's responsibility includes all mains, service lines going to our meter, and fixtures, connections, and the meter that is in the meter pit.
PWSD will not be liable for any damage done or inconvenience caused by any break, leak, or defect in, or by water escaping from service pipes, or from fixtures on the premises of the water user.
